- How can I use this system to generate leads for me?
From within your account, you can choose to either have CityClicks sent to a lead gen site you already own and would like to use, OR you can use our optimized landing page to send your clicks to that will generate a lead and will be emailed and sent via text the instant it is generated. Your online account also has a leads area where the lead info is stored for future reference and note taking.
- If I choose to use your optimized landing page to generate leads, do you resell them or use them in any way?
Absolutely NOT! Any lead that is generated on our landing page is yours exclusively, we will NEVER get in the way of you working with that lead.
- Are your leads verified?
The thing to remember is that we provide the traffic. If you choose to use our lead gen landing page, we do not do any kind of validation, however we find that most of the leads that do take the time to fill out the questionnaire are serious buyers. Remember, you are getting top tier Google and Bing paid search traffic.
- What is the cost per lead?
This varies depending on your zip codes you are bidding on and your bid for the CityClicks. We find our optimized landing page converts at around 8-10%, so for example if you were bidding $.85 for a CityClick, it would take between 10 or 12 CityClicks to generate a lead at a cost of $8.50 to $10.20 each. Most of our agents generally pay $10-$12/lead when using our optimized landing page.
- What if I’m a broker and want to send clicks to my main office website?
This is a great way to brand your brokerage, and get in front of people who are actively searching homes in the areas you serve. We suggest you have some sort of email capture or some way for users to sign up so you can follow up with them. Most brokers set a monthly budget for their branding campaigns to their homepage, and spending on our CityClicks is one way you can be assured that the traffic you are sending there is really looking at your listings.
- What if I have a listing I would like to promote exclusively?
This can also be a great way to showcase your listing, and you can even show the list of CityClicks you sent to your client. Again, we suggest you have some sort of lead optin on your site or landing page to collect follow up leads.
- How do I know this won’t be a waste of my time and money?
First off, your time is valuable and we’ve provided an on-demand solution. You can have traffic coming to you within 10 minutes of signing up! No ads to write, no lengthy approvals. You are just getting in front of our existing flow of Real Estate buyer traffic.
Secondly, it’s the CityClick – we already paid for the click that clicked our ad on Google or Bing, and sent them to our site where we asked them to enter the zip code they are looking to see listings in. Once they enter a zip code and click submit, that’s when we display either our optimized landing page on your behalf, or your site and you are charged for the CityClick. They have already had to click twice to confirm where they want to see listings which greatly amplifies the quality of that click.
- Do you offer any refunds?
Yes, and No. We will always refund you for any remaining balance you have in your account, however we simply cannot refund CityClicks that were forwarded to you because we already paid Google or Bing for that click, and have you ever tried to get a refund from Google or Bing for a click? It just isn’t how it works.
- Do you have any guarantees?
Yes, we guarantee that you can be up and running within 10 minutes of setting up your account. We also guarantee that every CityClick we sell was in fact generated from one of our large paid search campaigns on Google or Bing bringing you top tier, quality traffic.
- Are there any startup fees?
We don’t have any monthly membership fees, or additional fees other than what you bid on and pay per CityClick. You are required to fund your account upon creation with a minimum of $50 to get the traffic coming.
- Can I pause/cancel my account myself?
Yes, you can pause your account easily from within your login area, and unpause it whenever you want. Your remaining balance will stay there until you either re-activate, or cancel which at that time we will refund you for any remaining balance in your account.
