There had to be a better way!  Our company already has enormous nationwide campaigns running every day.  We have very large ad budgets and have optimized ads on the world’s top tier Search Engines such as Bing and Google over the past 15 years.  We had the thought – what if we could forward one of our clicks we just bought, and allowed an individual agent to buy it from us?  This led us even further down this path, where we knew it would be an even better, more highly engaged click if we asked that user to enter a zip code first to let us know exactly where they were looking for homes.
